Unfair treatment
My mother fell striking the floor with her knee ow she's in terrible pain from the accident,when I called the center they said they can't help because we enter at own risk

Unfair practice of power
I had the worst experience ever with homechoice and I'm still not happy because my case has not been solved or I should say they refuse to help me.. I bought a bed set by them last year November and I got the bed early December and I used my own transport to take it to my home, now after I used the bed for two weeks I noticed that the mattress is bending on one side on the edge, when I called to tell them about it they said there's nothing they can do about it because I used my own transport so it could be the guys tied the rope too tightly so that could be the course of the damage and they didn't even send people to come review they just looked at the pictures and that's all.. I've very disappointed and stressed d because I have to pay for something I'm not happy with for over 3 years
