Not only reviewing the Branch but the whole FNB remote customer care service is appalling. I was second in line when I arrived in store but I was only able to be assisted after 50 minutes. I wanted to change my debit order date for a personal loan and life cover, but was left in awe when this service could not be done in store, secondly I had to call each relevant department separately meaning I had to be at the back of the queue twice! ****! as I'm writing this review I'm already 40 minutes over on my lunch at work

The Greenacres shopping Center in Port Elizabeth has officially become a taxi rank! they are allowing taxis to stand at their entrances and call out for customers, without any respect to the shoppers, thus causing blockages at the entrances ant total chaos. They do not respect any other vehicles and behave like it is their own territory! One day I was there, a taxi came speeding through one of the parking aisles and almost hit my 10 years old son! When my husband contacted the management, they never called back and the person he spoke to was totally uninterested in our complaint. This situation would never be allowed at any other shopping center in Port Elizabeth...… Will they only act when someone dies because of the taxis?????????

On the morning of the 25th of August 2017 I went shopping at GREENACRES SHOPPING CENTRE , at about 10:05 we entered into the baby changing room at the restroom opposite the food court to change my grand daughter's nappy and left the restroom , 5 minutes later I realized that I forgot my cellphone and my refinery packet with t-shirts that I have just bought and rushed back immediately , when I got back there was 4 bidvest cleaning ladies standing in front of the door and I explained what had happened to me , they then said that they saw nothing and I went on reporting the incident to security where they also told me that there's nothing they can do and I should report it to the police . I then found a policemen in the centre who was nice enough to go check the footage but he also came back saying that the camera's does not catch the angle of the restroom's entrance so they cannot see who entered the baby changing room after us . I personally think that its absolutely ridiculous that there's no cameras to see who enters the restrooms and how many people does this have to happen to before they change their lousy security system . I also see no use in making a case at the police station because how will they see who took my belongings if your cameras does not catch who goes in and out of restrooms. I would rather shop anywhere else seeing that you could not assist me in any way.
