UNHAPPY LIP LINER
Bought the Essence 8h Matte comfort lip liner last month, I love the color and I am a first time customer. I am very disappointed. the product kept on breaking every time I twist it to bring it up, it has been less than a month and I use it once a day during the week in the mornings, it is finished already. I bought the product at our local clicks store and do not have the slip unfortunately but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who ha never used it before.

Thank You Lewis Stores
I would just like to thank Lewis Stores for their prompt and outstanding response on my situation with the bed I had. Anex actually fetched me from work to go choose my new bed at the warehouse and also brought me back once I was done. New bed was delivered and set up the same day and i no longer hear noises every time I turn while sleeping on my bed. I acknowledge the effort and appreciate it.

Lewis stores dissappointment
I opened an account with Lewis stores on the 03/10/2023 bought a bamboo bed and a sleigh headboard. In the past few months I have noticed the mattress is uneven and makes squeaky sounds when climbing on or off the bed. I have reported it and the feedback I received was that I need to pay R1900 to get another mattress because they told me my warranty is over. I feel it is not fair as i did not expwct the matress to last me only 1 year. A gentleman from PE came to inspcect and saw that my bed is still in good condition however there is a slope in it and heard the noises it makes. i am not happy at all as they can see i pay my account on time every month and have never been in arrears. this is such a disappointment because i was advised on a bamboo bed being one of the good brands and the person who gave me the advice has not had these problems with their mattress. I feel as though this could have been a demo mattress given to me. Please note I am a single woman, do not have boyfriends and kids that could be jumping on the bed.
