I am formally lodging a complaint regarding an unresolved Uber Eats order issue that has now been ongoing for a week. I received the wrong items from the assigned driver, and when I handed the items back to him, he left with them. Two minutes later, he uploaded a photo claiming the order had been successfully delivered. The photo does not reflect my driveway or any location near my residence. I have video footage clearly showing the driver returning the items to his vehicle instead of delivering the correct order. I have also contacted the store directly, and they confirmed they never received any returned items from this driver. This raises serious concerns about what happened to the paid-for products, as it appears the driver may have kept them. I have attempted to contact Uber Eats support repeatedly over the past week with no response. This experience reflects extremely poorly on the level of service provided and the type of individuals allowed to represent Uber Eats on the road. The order was paid for in full, the items were never delivered, and there has been no accountability or resolution. I expect urgent assistance, reimbur*****t, and an investigation into the driver’s conduct.
AUL GetCare Health Plan has been one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. Their medical cover is essentially useless — it feels like you’re paying for nothing of real value. The customer service is unhelpful, slow, and dismissive, and it’s almost impossible to get proper answers or assistance when you need it most. Even after cancelling, they insist on charging you for a full month’s notice, which feels like nothing more than a money grab. The entire experience left me feeling frustrated, **********, and disappointed. I would strongly warn anyone considering this health insurance to stay far away — you are wasting your money and your time.
