Wow they don't send you and email the you don't qualify, instead the keep asking for your 3 month bank statement and payslip, giving you h false hop that you application will be approved. I had to follow up myself. What a waste of my time trying to email them my documents for approval.

Wow, you try to apply for a loan with them but there is a a message status you do not qualify for this amount please re-apply with a lower amount, but you do that, you still get the same message even if you do it with their lowest amounts. We using our data to do these loans, but you guys are taking us from pillow to pillow. We are desperate but the system is playing with us.

Very disappointed on the communication
Kindly note that you need one more payment to qualify for a top up Or additional loan . As per company policy your instalments paid on current 6 months loan must be on 50% for you to qualify . Got this email now, they telling me I need to pay, to get a top up. Why was this email sent to me. Your communications method is not corresponding
