Get a different courier!
Lush South Africa needs to get a different courier service or offer in-store picks because DPD Laser is absolutely making future purchases from the website a BIG NO NO. It’s be four days of false promises to deliver my package and at this point I no longer want the products, JUST A REFUND!

Extremely disappointing service
I have tried numerous times via emails and calls to have a package delivered at the times I or someone else would be at home but I STILL DON’T HAVE MY PACKAGE! It’s been four days and I don’t even want my order anymore, just a REFUND!
