No response to credit refund
Disgusting service! Months and still no response or refund... I pay a debit order monthly with an easy fix add-on.. I'm advised about a refund as they deemed my TV not feasible to repair and I will be credited with a refund.. Still no word back and no response to emails! I sent a follow-up email last week and still nothing.. If I call today to speak to tech support, I will probably won't get a straight answer from anybody. Very easy to take debit orders but when it's time to make good on promises they don't respond and are afraid to take accountability. Disgusting!

Pathetic service
I have been waiting since Tuesday to verify my account on Hollywood bets. I've went through all channels from online, to the chat bot and even went into your Voortrekker branch... No avail. How am I supposed to verify on a system that has been offline. Pathetic. Absolutely atrocious. All I want to do is draw my R400 but I have to go through different channels and still get no help
