What an awful company to deal with
Great in store experience but that is where it ends. After sale customer care, product quality and warranty repair service are subpar at best. Purchased 7 pieces of furniture from Coricraft and had quality issues with 3 of them. Glass top end table had glass that was sized improperly and would not fit the base. Bench for bedroom had split wooden frame within 2 weeks of purchase. Leather sofa had defective stitching and after 1 month lead time to deliver Coricraft required 3 week repair time. They require a 3 hour delivery window, do not provide updates and when I called the relevant delivery phone number they had no record of scheduled delivery. The truck showed up 10 min later. Throughout all this Coricraft could only state, they strive to provide quality product and services. 40% warranty rate is awful, if they manufactured aircraft planes would be falling from the sky

Do NOT use this company
What an *********** inconsiderate and unprofessional company. Victor makes and misses installation dates and times. His crew initially states they had wrong brackets and 20 minutes later states the brackets are correct. Then advise the blinds Victor measured for do not fit. 5 hours of my day wasted and now forced to deal with them a second time to hopefully properly install a very simple sunlight awning. Victors lack of professionalism is only overshadowed by complete lack of customers and their time
