I have lost my mom on the 9 of September 2025 we went through her payslip and find all her policies there. We contacted Sanlam and they told us My mother didn't qualify...and that's was it however I told them I will investigate after the funeral...I went to Municipality to print out statement payslip for my mother on January only to find that my Mother paid them From April to September .. Mind she passed away 6 of September we laid claim on the 9 of September her last payslip was month end of September which they were paid. They didn't bother to look for us for refund...since they have my details coz I already claim ...so went to their office to find out why they said she didn't qualify she paid 6 months? Only to find that it's not only funeral there's investment that they didn't disclose when we claim on the 9th of September. According to documentation in hands financial broker helped us to claim for funeral and her investment...but funeral was rejected π π’ she didn't qualify as she died before 6th month π.. my question is since they are aware π π’ why accepted her last payment..why they didn't bother to refund us on the last 3 months...it's now that we reclaim they want to refund us her last premium π....I need media help Moja love please π any media platform π’ π ....one thing am not letting this go
Hollard is not trustworthy...just very sad how they take advantage of elder people As I made a complain on the 29 Jan regarding my mom life policy that the have been claiming is canceled With the help of Lutendo I was able to reopen account...but it is sad how they are not willing to disclose my mom contract even to the person with letter of authority..It is sad how they are demanding the estate deases bank account while she's not even six months late ..it's sad how everything is being handled unprofessional .. My mom took the policy in 2019 she passed away on the 6 September 2025 when we claim they said policy is canceled..but their last debit date was 30 August 2025 ..when I asked proof of cancelation they drafted useless letter without my mom signature I need help from moja love exposing them will help lot of South AfricanπΏπ¦
Yoh I won 7k couldn't withdraw coz of verification. Next thing I tried to withdraw 150r they say withdrawal is disabled Stay away guyz i***a

Worst experience ever my fund were taxed on the 8 of February 2025. Till date am waiting apparently my fund is waiting for authorization as if it's million dollars But anyway am waiting for their so called six weeks to end. Then I will involve Xrepo .
