I recently purchased a Jolly Trolley as a gift, which remained unopened until the recipient's recent return from vacation. Upon opening, we discovered damage to the wheel and rim. I promptly initiated a return, but Takealot refused the return request, citing that it was outside their return window by four days. Despite explaining the circumstances, Takealot offered no assistance. As a loyal, first-time return customer, I am disappointed by this outcome given the damaged product.
