I had my front shockabsorbers fitted,wheels balance and rotated,as well as wheel alignment done. During the course of the week,I noticed the Navara veering slightly left,as well as a nasty vibration between 125km - 135km. I returned the car today and Dewald,with his capable team sorted the problems out. The 1 x rim had a slight buckle - thanks to the incompetend cadres mainting potholes,instead of maintaing the roads! Thanks to Dewald,his team for a professional friendly service !Highly recomended!

Pathetic medical aid! You just do not get any feedback and they tend to dodge payments! You send a request: Dear Valued Customer, We have received your enquiry. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. The HEALTH SQUARED team is giving attention to your enquiry and a more substantive response to your enquiry will be provided to you as soon as possible. You then wait: Dear Valued Customer, We have attended to your call reference number: WF20200204N124578 logged on 2020-02-04 20:30:11.0 and we are pleased to tell you that it has been resolved. YOU HAVE NO ***ing IDEA what was actually resolved!! Dear sirs I am to say the least,disgusted with Healtsquared and the feedback one receives. I am livid and plainly,gatvol of the run around that is passed onto me. I will NEVER recommend Healthsquared in any way,to somebody. Since Spectramed has change to Heralthsquared,service is PATHETIC and communication virtually non-existent. Example; I have send 2 x receipts that I had to pay,upon my wife being admitted to Akeso. These receipts were send in on the 15 December 2019!!!! 1. R2500 had to be paid upon admittance to Akeso. WHY? Where is this addressed in your policies?? 2. R3500 had to be paid to Charmaine De Beer for services rendered. WHY? This was required by DR. Thea van der Merwe to make an assessment?? Once again? Where is this addressed in YOUR procedures?? Account Practice 0416797 service date 05/12/2019 claimed amount R3500.00 paid by scheme to member R800.86 codes rejected are not funded by scheme claim 20159932 . EXPLAIN TO ME: how was this determined?? R6000 was paid and requested to be refunded??? Is Healthsquared just another Discovery in the making??? It's amazing,that one has to pay almost R10 000 / month,only to receive KAK service! 4.And this is not all....I still need to pay a co-payment of R2000???For an MRI???How is this determined? I have been a member since 2005,never was a MRI necessary. Heaven forbid when you need this service!! Please note that there has been a co-payment applied by your medical aid on your Parklane Radiology account Ref: #PLM076040. An amount of R 2 000.00 is due. What in heavens name is Healtsquared actually paying for???? I am stumped. Disappointing beyond any doubt. Do you need me to continue? Blood-work not being paid? Dental services not being paid????
