I have had fibre with them for over 3 years, we have moved into a new house on the 18th of Decemeber, I phoned them in December for the fibre relocation after I was at the Vodacom store where they told me I had to call the call cnetre, when I was told that it will be 1 calendar month's notice, so my fibre will only be activated at the new house from the 1st of February, and in the meantime they will contact me to come and reconnect the router at my home to the fibre line. The existing house has a fibre installation so this was supposed to make the installation process faster. At the end of Feb I called them again to follow up with the installation when they kept me on hold because their lines were too busy. On the 5th of Feb I phoned them again, just to find out that they held the installation back because of a verification error. So now the matter has been escalated and they will get back to me about the issue, apparently. There is no time line as to when they will get back to me or when I will have a wifi connection again. Why do I have to get in contact with them to find out they have an error on their side? The debit order goes off as always and still I don't have any wifi at home
