Hi, Ive reported the same problem exactly 3 months ago, Im experiencing same issue Ive stopped working over 2 hours ago, as Ive mentioned before Im a commission earner and Im schedule to work tommorrow please send a technician. 3 days without internet I have to leave my house at 5am in this freezing weather instead of working from home, buy petrol and data ect poor service from consultants they don't even offer ref number I had to keep calling spending my airtime, no callback, I've forwarded an email yesterday. no response my email was ignored because its not important, mediocre whatsapp number its pure ******* there is no consultant available to assist, I've never missed a payment infact I pay in advance all the time but the service I've been offered is horrible and devastating, I'm a commission earner with no basic salary, no work no pay, join vox telecom at your own risk, I'm not sure if I will be contacted today or I have to call for the 4th time, I've been tossing and turning at night checking if internet is back somehow I'm waiting for Prince mighty engineer to call who knows when
Visit Mediwell at your own risk, over a year ago I've booked an appointment to see Dr Mokotedi who wasn't available and I was referred to see Dr Mojapelo around 15H00 that day, I was ok with that. When I got there Dr wasn't available and I was referred to Dr Paulsen I waited over an hour to see her, eventually it was my turn, I went in and explained my condition few minutes later She told me I'm not her client She needs to assist her client first that was already after 16h30 her service was extremely poor I've never been ill treated by a professional Dr so bad that I left more sick and frustrated She even gossiped about a certain Dr who didn't want assist her, today I've booked an appointment I was specific about a certain specific Dr my appointment was booked but when I got there Dr wasn't available and I was referred to the same Dr Paulsen who bul**** me, I was then referred to another Dr fine they've tried to make me feel comfortable but my blood pressure went up immediately, when I left I was in tears and triggered by how Dr Paulsen treated me it was horrible. On my way out the Dr I've requested was there, there is no sense of urgency clients are not prioritised, I don't deserve such humiliation, imagine paying with medical aid yet you are treated worse than a government clininc, I will never ever visit Mediwell again.
Join Dainfern Square virgin active gym at your own risk, I've been with them since 2023 I've signed a 12 month contract after that I was on a month to month contract. I went there on Friday 31/01/2025 to cancel my membership and I wanted to pay a monthly fee for the last time, the old lady lief to me and said She can't forward me a link to pay rather Shell call me on Monday, She than canceled that I'm on vitality on their system so I can pay full price. Since Monday I'm receiving multiple calls from rude consultants claiming that I owe R1400.00 instead of R350 since I'm on vitality, I went there personally to rectify the problem after calling their complaints division a guy promised to contact me back as He mentioned its an error but He didn't, 4 ladies at virgin active yesterday mentioned that it's supposed to be R350 since I'm on vitality they'll follow up today and contact me but yet again today a lady from Virgin active said my vitality is inactive hence I have to pay the full amount. It's not a mistake it's done intentionally as we speak I have to contact legal from my side and virgin active ombudsman to lodge a complaint. I've never expected such from a gym I was with for almost 2 years, I regret joining the gym I will never ever join another virgin active gym Be warned.
