Poor Communication and very poor service
I had a very bad experience with Dr. Roof. They were extremely rude and very unprofessional to me, specially Annelie Basson, was very rude, very bad communication skills, cares less about customers satisfaction, all she wants is to argue and be write. I would definitely not recommend Dr. Roof for any one. Annelie Basson needs to improve her communications skills and be more humble and watch her tone while addressing the clients. I have never been treated so bad by someone like I was by Annelie Bassoon. I ended up not using them anymore, I had to shift things around and use another company to get the work done in my house. Use them at your own risk.
