Hi i did buy a gaming councel for my boy for xmas and when i did unpack it just know the bluetooth stick and gaming usb are not in my package.Know i must wait 2 days for them to let me know if they will send me another game.Its xmas in 55min what will i tell my kid know

I dont know how i can rate this company.Everytime i ask them on whatsapp how far my claim are there are no response but they do read my msges on whatsapp.They were in a hurry for my papper work and now they do not respond to my msges.Is this a **** or what😡😡😡
