Unreturned Hard Drive & No Communication After Company Closure
I handed over my hard drive to Intratec approximately one month ago for services. A few weeks later, I was informed that the company was closing. Since then, my hard drive has not been returned, and all attempts to communicate have been unsuccessful. There has been no clear handover process, no refund, and no accountability regarding my property. This is highly concerning, as a hard drive may contain sensitive and important data. I am requesting: • Immediate return of my hard drive • Clear communication from a responsible representative If this cannot be resolved, I will be forced to escalate the matter through formal and legal channels. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this company until this issue is resolved.

Extremely Unreliable and Poor Service from Afrihost
I’m beyond disappointed with Afrihost. Their services have become completely unreliable constant downtime that rarely match what’s advertised. Whenever there’s an issue, support is slow, unhelpful. It’s nearly impossible to get proper feedback or timely resolutions. You wait days or even weeks for updates, and when tickets are finally “resolved,” nothing has actually been fixed. The lack of accountability and transparency is shocking..... to poor communication during outages. Afrihost’s customer experience has seriously declined, and it feels like clients are left to figure things out alone. Definitely not the reliable ISP they claim to be. Just restore my data.

****? Paid for Credits, No Service, No Support.
I purchased SMS credits from SMSPortal.co.za, they took my money immediately but after 24 hours, my credits still have not reflected on my account. I contacted support and received either no help or no response. This is completely unacceptable for a company that claims to offer professional bulk SMS services. If this is how you treat paying customers, I can’t imagine how many other people you’ve ****med out of their money. I trusted this platform for my business communications — now I just want my money back. Avoid SMSPortal unless you want to waste your money and time.
