First time I bought an item from this place. Ordered and paid on 2 Dec 2024. Didn't hear anything from them until I called on 9 Dec. They promised shipment on 10 Dec. No shipment notification on 10 Dec and no one answers emails or answers the phone. I really hope to get my item this week. But I will not recommend this supplier at all.
I logged this review last wee: "I've been on the RAIN network now for 3 months. First two months where OK. No so much Downtime. In the last month, I've had numerous downtimes. I log it each time. Only get a response days later. The responses I get are USELESS. I moved over from Telkom to RAIN. But RAIN's customer service is just as useless as TELKOM" This week, everyday RAIN network has been down. Muriel called me. Said that she will log the call with the Network guys. But no response thereafter. And she closed the ticket. WHEN WILL IT BE SORTED OUT? This is such a pathetic service provider.

Telkom mobile order placed in 1st week of Aug. 4 weeks later I get the weekly sms saying my order is still on backlog. When I phoned on 31 Aug, I was told that this offer is no longer available. This is absolute bull***t. And I had to follow up to find this out. I want the deal I signed up for or better if you have to make a plan.
Case ********** 2 refers I received a call claiming that my account is in arrears. Please be aware that my account was cancelled in Sep 2017. See below for the confirmation you sent to me when it was cancelled. Why am I getting a call about arrears???? Why am I getting sms’s about payments due??????
Good Day,<br> <br> Fault ref no is 482CTK090915. Overhead phone line on my street has been cut.<br> <br> No response/feedback on how long it will take to get my phone restored. From previous experience, calling the call centre to get info is useless and the only way to get help is to escalate publicly or to a Telkom executive. I haven't done the latter as yet.<br> <br> I'm hoping to get assistance via this complaint.
Fault ref is 65ctk050712<br> <br> Absolutely no response from telkom. I followed the online escalation procedure. Still silence.<br> After being a customer for 19 years it's probably time to consider other options.
