Dear Matrix Tracker Team, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received from your company and I am formally requesting the immediate cancellation of my Matrix subscription and tracker services. Today, I was contacted by a representative from your company (+27 31 024 3987) attempting to sign me up for additional products (FireStop and HomeDrive), which I clearly declined. Despite my refusal, the call felt pushy and unwelcome. He kept insisting that the premium is only R100 of which I declined. He then very rudely hung up the call. Less 10 minutes later I received an email that I have successfully been subscribed to FireStop and HomeDrive. Following this, I contacted your cancellations department to terminate my service and was left waiting on hold for 42 minutes with no answer. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I have now wasted both my time and my airtime trying to resolve something that should be simple. At this point, I no longer wish to continue any relationship with Matrix. Please treat this email as: 1. A formal complaint, and 2. A formal request for immediate cancellation of my subscription. Kindly confirm in writing: • The cancellation date • That no further debits will be processed • Any final billing details (if applicable) If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the complaint through the appropriate consumer channels. I expect urgent feedback.
I recently used this delivery company and while they did arrive later than the time we had agreed on, I have to say the service itself was outstanding. The team that handled the delivery was incredibly professional, careful, and respectful—especially with the furniture. They took great care to ensure nothing was damaged and worked efficiently once they arrived. Despite the delay, the overall experience was excellent. I’d definitely consider using them again based on the quality of service alone.
I would not recommend anyone to buy a car at Motus Select (specifically from the sales guy Lance Ganesan). He is extremely slow. It has been more than a month since I bought the car and I still haven’t received my car registration details. When you call him, he promises that it will be done within a few days but still no progress. He doesn’t answer WhatsApp’s or calls
