No wifi Internet for 3 weeks under Rise telecoms
Hi am a tenant at Mafadi properties Jeppestown 27 Madison Street I've been complaining about the last few weeks of the WiFi connection in my floor nothing has been done I've seen emails from you guys to the building caretaker to send a technician but 3 weeks have passed, my kids can't even visit me course my TV is a smart TV uses WiFi. As a tenant in the building I'm not happy with your company services.

WiFi issue under Rise telecoms
Hi I reside at Bjala square Jeppestown which a property managed by mafadi agents company. I've been complain to the building caretaker/managers about not having WiFi at our 4th floor for 3 weeks which we promised free WiFi on my lease, wifi under Rise telecoms company nothing has been done to resolve this issues for the past 3 weeks. Sad part is it's school holidays and my kids can't come visit because they is no wifi to connect to TV and cellphones and can't afford everyday data for them I'm writing this complaint as a frustrated tenets in the building.
