I recentley bought a 8L Zero gas geyser, it shut's its self off every 10mins and during winter this is totally not convinient, I called the factory to find out if it's adjustable and they told me no, and added I must not compare them to any other manufacturer, this was the technical trusted guy in the facturory, I will never recommend this brand to any one, the custormer service is terrible
After receiving a phone call from a vodacom 10 digit number claiming to test call from vodacom to prevent simswap fraud the agent asked a few security questions which I answered to confirm that it was my number but after suspecting that it may be a scam I called back the number and that it was a fake call center number. I then phoned 111 to report the possibility of a scam against my number the agent assisted me she flagged my number that anyone trying to do simswap may be directed to the branch and I was happy about that, UNTILL THIS MORNING WHEN I REALIZED THAT MY NETWORK SERVICE IS OFF AND I PHONED IN TO VODACOM TO ASK HOW IT HAPPENED THE RESPONSE WAS THAT AGENT DID NOT FOLLOW PROTOCOL AND ALLOWED A SCAMMER TO DO A SIMSWAP EVEN AFTER MY EARLIER PHONE CALL BEFORE TO PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING, I AM TRULY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THE SECURITY SYSTEMS OF VODACOM AND THEIR CALL CENTER STAFF, I USE MY NUMBER FOR MY BANKING AND BUSINESS AND IT WAS COMPROMISED DUE TO THE SLOPPY SECURITY SERVICE I HAVE BEEN USING MY NUMBER FOR 12YRS AND THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE I DEMAND AN EXPLANATION FROM THE RELEVANT PERSON.
