My boyfriend and I visited gateway on Sunday excited to try this for the first time however the lady confirmed there were no s****s. I was disappointed, so we said we would give it a try some other time, when walking by we saw a white couple who had just bought the frozen yogurt and they had s****s so we went back thinking they had s****s again but was told there was no s****s. Really baffled about that experience. Also the lady working there didn't look to happy to serve the yogurt not sure if she was having a bad day! Don't think I'll try them now.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! THEY SENT A TEXT TO SAY THEY WILL DEBIT EARLY I DECEMBER WE ALL DON'T GET PAID ON THE 25TH AND MY DEBIT IS SET FOR THE END OF THE MONTH THE FIRST TIME THEY DID THIS I WAS LEFT ON HOLD BY A MALE AGENT FOR OVER 30 MINUTES AFTER I ASKED FOR A MANAGER AND I WAS JUST PUT ON HOLD AND TOLD THEY DON'T LEAVE NOTES ON THE ACCOUNT WHEN THEY DEBITED ME IN DECEMBER I CALLED AGAIN AND ASKED FOR A MANAGER BECAUSE AGAIN AGENTS ARE UNWILLING TO HELP I WAS APPARENTLY PASSED TO A MANGER WHO SPOKE TO ME AND SAID SHE OPENED UP A CASE FOR ME BECAUSE OF 5HE LATE PAYMENT FEE AGAIN, I WAS NOT LATE THEY DEBITED ME EARLY!!! THIS MANAGER SAID SHE OPENED A CASE AND THAT THE FINANCE TEAM WILL CONTACT ME I WASN'T CONTACTED THE 3RD TIME I CALLED THIS AGENT WAS ABSOLUTELY RUDE HOWEVER SHE DIDN'T CONFIRM THERE WAS NO RECORDS OF ME CONTACTING THEM. I ASKED FOR A MANAGER AND SHE SAID I WILL NEED TO WAIT FOR A CALL BACK, APPARENTLY THERE WAS ONLY 1 MANAGER ON DUTY, I ASKED FOR SOMEONE HIGHER SHE SAID SHE DOESN'T HAVE ANYONE HIGHER ONLY HER MANAGER ABSOLUTELY ****TY SERVICE, I WORK IN A CONTACT CENTER AND THAT IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE AFTER I SAID I WOULD WAIT ON THE LINE SHE JUST CUT THE CALL ON ME. SO CELL C TOOK THE "LATE" FEES AND TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE **** MY CONTRACT ENDS IN APRIL I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT WAIT TO CANCEL WITH YOU PEOPLE!!!!!
