Execuspecs Kyalami - Inability to produce correct scripts.
The reasoning for this low rating is that I paid just over R9000 for two lenses without a frame and I am not satisfied with it, well, it's not correct. My script is supposed to be for nearsightedness, however, with the lenses I received I can see better close-by than further away, Which is the opposite of what I require, heck, I'm battling to read billboards next to the N1 freeway. When testing my eyes, all is well and I'm happy with the final result. The problem comes in when the lenses return from the laboratory, then it's all different and not the same as when tested. I received the glasses in beginning of January 2025 and I'm already squinting to read properly. This is the second time in a row that my result was not correct. I've requested a refund but they refuse to refund me. I decided to give it another go, waited another month over the December holiday without having to see properly and again, the result is not correct. So no, I won't recommend Execuspecs Kyalami to anybody and it has been the worst optometry experience of my life.
