Zoom fibre unreliable
Since 10th February my router showing LOS red flashing light send an email to zoom fibre given reference number to date 16th February they haven't came and fixed the issue, when you contact them via WhatsApp their consultants close the chat after they repeat one thing which other consultants said without even give you a turn around time or even hearing another point you are trying to raise....it has made things difficult for me as I am working from home now I had to buy data to get my job done
