Bad service Hearing Aids
I acquired hearing aids through the set up in Pietermaritzburg and with the very odd exception their after sales service has been pathetic. Any technical issue has to be referred to the HO in Umhlanga for assessment and quote and then invariably a wait of two or more weeks for returned repairs. Surely a branch this size should have the technical equipment and staff in house for prompt assistance for their customers. If you live in Pmb and are thinking of getting a hearing aid I sincerely advise you to stay clear of Hearing Aid Labs
