Terrible service
Service was good until I recently went to have my hearing aids serviced. The technician had left and my hearing aids would have to be sent to HO in KZN and the service would take 2 weeks!!! I don't know what I was supposed to do for 2 weeks??

Bad service Hearing Aids
I acquired hearing aids through the set up in Pietermaritzburg and with the very odd exception their after sales service has been pathetic. Any technical issue has to be referred to the HO in Umhlanga for assessment and quote and then invariably a wait of two or more weeks for returned repairs. Surely a branch this size should have the technical equipment and staff in house for prompt assistance for their customers. If you live in Pmb and are thinking of getting a hearing aid I sincerely advise you to stay clear of Hearing Aid Labs

Unreliable Audifon devices
Audio testing, sales and staff very professional. Pity Audifon devices are very unreliable for the price. Now on my second pair and really regret it. I rather should have looked at other manufacturers's devices after my experience with Audifon the first time. When the devices do work , its quite a pleasure.

The Kindest most professional service from Hearing Aid Labs Kloof
I would like to compliment Britany, Nolan and Jean at Hearing Aid Labs Kloof for the brilliant and professional service they provided. Above all they have been exceptionally kind to my 88 year old Mom who was very against getting a hearing aid. We ended up buying a 2nd hand device which they were happy to service and personalize for her. It meant a huge amount to us. They are not just about making money but are all about the welfare of their patients. A truly wonderful team!

Disappointed with the product purchased
Really disappointed with the hearing aid device I purchased. When purchasing the unit I was told that I would be able to connect to my laptop to take calls. Sadly this isn’t the case. I returned back to the store and was told I need to purchase a streaming device at an additional cost of R 4000. If I was told this at the onset I would not have purchased this device.
