MWEB CUSTOMER SERVICE
It is incredible that one has to wait so long to speak to a consultant on line. Mweb is in the communication/technical business and should up its game. They should also be more customer-orientated and reintroduce walk-in facilities.1 reply

MWEB SLOW EMAIL DELIVERY
I'm really disappointed with the email service provided by Mweb. I often experience delays in emails sent to my Mweb address. Emails sent simultaneously to my Gmail address arrive promptly, but those sent to my Mweb address arrive up to 3 days later and in some instances never. Come on Mweb - up your email delivery game and give us value for the fees charged.0 replies

Misleading TEMU R1 offers
Really disillusioned by Temu disingenuous and frankly misleading business practices. Was offered items at R1 each and then after selecting items lured into purchasing other items to "earn" the R1 item. Each new item required a separate payment and more purchases were needed to get 3 R1 items. DISHONEST!0 replies
