Terrible service
Service was good until I recently went to have my hearing aids serviced. The technician had left and my hearing aids would have to be sent to HO in KZN and the service would take 2 weeks!!! I don't know what I was supposed to do for 2 weeks??

OUTsurance guilty of false advertising
They are guilty of false advertising as they say you can claim R500 if they cannot meet the premium of a competitor. BUT that applies only if you have never had OUTsurance as an insurer previously!
