I cancelled my bottle of argon on 4 July to collect the bottle It took 3 days for Eugene respond .This is at Pongola branch ( Eugene) The bottle was collected I0 October . I communicated with head office ,sent them all the watsups that confirm cancelation and they still billed me up till September and including admin fees of R100 Disgrace Afrox and *********** Eugene! I paid the account that include 2 months ******* rental. All I want is Head office must look into this.
I have cancelled in November 2024 I received a confirmation email They still deduct the monthly installment I cannot speak to anybody as the is no telephone number This is the eight time I place this on this platform
