BAYPORT FINANCIAL SERVICES PRESCRIBE DEBT THAT THEY SELL TO THIRD COMPANIES
Bay Port Financial Services really shattered my life within one day. They sell an account that has been prescribe years ago to a company called Ebralet Financiers (pty) Ltd who on their side bought it from Dcmgroup.co.za. Their evidence is a voice note that is not even my credentials nor banking details. I went back through my emails and from my credit Reports from Transunion and My Credit Check from 2023-01-06 up until 2025-06-11 they don't appear on my credit score. An credit alert from Ebralet Financiers (pty) Ltd on my profiles on 2025-06-11 at 21:00 became suspicious and when i contact them they just inform me that they bought it from DCMGROUP WITH CONTACT NUMBER 0861628628 and the next day they they put it on my profile that stating that I owed them money for a personal cash loans that i open on 2025-06-12 with a monthly instalment. Bayport than closed their account AGAIN on 2025-05-31 with this new date whereas it was long time closed with status Code : ACCOUNT CLOSED WITH NEW DATE 2025-06-09. THIS DEBT HAS BEEN LONG TIME PRESCRIBE AND THEY WERE FULLY AWARE AS THEY WERE NEVER IN CONTACT WITH ME AND I NEVER ACKNOWLEDGE ANY DEBT AS PROCLAIM BY THEM.KINDLY REMOVE MY NAME FROM BOTH TRANSUNION AND MY CREDIT CHECK AS YOUR CONDUCT IS A CLEAR INDICATION OF VIOLATION OF MY RIGHTS

CONTINIOUS HARRASMENT FROM A De Vos Attorneys
Keisha from A de Vos Attorneys constantly harrasing me over their client Nimble who I don't even have a account with that they said they are acting on their behalf. Stop harrasing and threaten me with blacklisting and garnis orders. Stop buying accounts and prey on other people if you don't have full information cos I never had anything to do with you and or your client Nimble

Kindly refrain from contact me or Nimble A de regarding a Standard Bank account that has been more then 10 years prescribed I don't know what is your story of harassing me threatening me with blacklisting. Your conduct is unprofessional on the phones and victimizing me into acknowledge an account is wrong. Stop these threats

Continues harrasment by MBD
What is wrong with this company think they can threaten you and want you to acknowledge debt. Clearly they are *********** and think they are above the law. Continues harrasment by different phone numbers and when you ask named they are rude. They don't wanna remove my number from their data base after various emails and WhatsApp rather said I must go make affadavit? Why. I don't owed you any money and or your clients. I also have lawyers stop threatening me it is wrong if you feel let us then go to court and you go and prove that I owe you money and the court will decide but for now please remove my number from your database. Clearly you always wanna suppress people to let them know they are owing and threatening them with blacklisting.
