I ordered a printer from the Makro online black Friday specials. I was delivered but faulty after it was delivered 3 weeks later. I logged a return request on Thu, Dec 19, 2019. I am still struggling with the return. I am getting basically no feedback and I am still sitting with the printer. I was assigned to Makro Alberton which phoned me on Monday only, and I was promised a collection for assesment would be made on Tuesday. It's now Friday and I have heard nothing and there is no anwser when I phone. It is getting close to 2 months now that I am struggling to get the printer replaced.
A pipe connecting to my main water supply developed a leak. MCT Projects was appointed by my insurance. They came and \fixed"the leak on Saturday only to have a new leak 1 cm from their \""fix\"" 2 days later. The leak was so bad the water was spraying 3 meters into the air. This type of damage does not happen in 2 days"
