I am writing to seek your assistance in investigating a matter involving Universal Roofing, a company that has engaged in deceptive practices affecting myself and potentially others. In November 2021, I contracted Universal Roofing for roof repairs, paying a total of R56,460. Despite numerous attempts to resolve persistent leaks, including additional payments and assessments, the issues remain unresolved. The new owners of my property are now threatening legal action due to these unresolved problems.
