Yesterday, I purchased an internet voucher that didn't recharge. When I called mtn, I was given a kazang number. Kazang told me to WhatsApp them the slip. They still haven't gotten back to me. When I went to the Somalian seller, he refused to refund me. I just left it there. I shall never ever ever buy kazang ******* anymore.
I lost my airtime over an unsolicited subscription. When I called MTN to find out if I had any subscription, they said I did. I asked them to cancel it for me. They did. Then I asked them when did I subscribe, because I knew for sure I had not subscribed on any site. They told me I subscribed in January 2025, which does NOT make any sense because I only bought my mobile phone on the 7th of February 2025. I asked the consultant to give an email address to which I could launch a complaint. She did. I sent an email last night. They haven't responded in 24 hours. This tells me that my satisfaction means nothing to them. I'm disappointed in them. How much money are these *****ulent subscriptions *****ing from the poor MTN customers?
