Bad customer service
Bad service I am currently receiving at proline auto body in Sandton. I took my car in on the 1st of December. Since then I only received 2 communication and saying the same thing. Even today I am told that the car will only be ready in the next 5 day. Which was not what I was initially told when I took my car in. They told me it will take 10 days but now it is taking the whole 3 weeks. My car is hardly being started to show that they are working on it. It is just there parked.

MTN Killarney incompetencies
I am extremely frustrated with my MTN home router contract, which I took out at the end of November assisted by Nthabiseng at the MTN store in Killarney. Due to an error that she made, the router was registered to the wrong address, and as a result, it has never worked at my actual residence. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue at MTN Killarney, I have received no proper assistance. And instead I was told that she moved to another store and they cannot assist me. I have now been paying for a service that I cannot use for three months. This is completely unacceptable. I do not want to cancel the contract—I need a working internet connection. Since the current router does not work at my home, MTN must provide me with an alternative solution so that I can actually use the service I am paying for
