Excellent Service Chelene Mitchelle
Thank you so much to Chelene Mitchelle, who assisted in a time where I was frustrated not knowing what was happening to my vehicle and she took over and assured me all was on track and even went to the extent of providing me with her contact details so I could reach out when I needed anything. She made me feel like I had known her for long as she was so efficient and made sure I get the updates as promised. Thanks Chelene for an awesome service, my vehicle looks good as new and I am leaving Proline with a big smile on my face because of Chelene. Thanks to you and your team girlfriend.

Pathetic service at Wynberg branch
Worst experience ever! I would not recommend Proline Autobody to anyone who needs to have work done on their vehicle. From the onset, communication has been terrible. You have to practically beg for updates on work being done. Damage was caused to my vehicle and am now waiting a month for this to be resolved, and told to wait even longer. Even after escalating, there seems to be no improvement in service levels nor any sense of urgency in getting the issue resolved - it is one excuse after another and lies all the way up to the management team!

Bad customer service
Bad service I am currently receiving at proline auto body in Sandton. I took my car in on the 1st of December. Since then I only received 2 communication and saying the same thing. Even today I am told that the car will only be ready in the next 5 day. Which was not what I was initially told when I took my car in. They told me it will take 10 days but now it is taking the whole 3 weeks. My car is hardly being started to show that they are working on it. It is just there parked.
