This is just to extend my gratitude to Alice Gubhuza, at the East on 82 Security Village office. She has been consistent in her service since she started here. I have been staying here for 5 years and she has always attended to each and every query with so much care and patience, she is very knowledgeable and is always willing to assist. As I exit, I just want to give Alice her flowers while she can still smell them. Your service has been exceptional throughout my stay here and I hope your management gives you the recognition cause your service is excellent, you have the utmost care and respect for each tenant in here and I have never even once heard you raise your voice nor lose patience when attending to us. Kudos to you and keep up the good work. I believe in the Central Developments team because of people like you hence I have now made a permanent move with the company on another development.
To the KIA The Glen service department, you guys are amazing, Zandi Mntande, you are a star, your customer service, is out of this world, thank you for always taking care of us, I am giving you your flowers while you can still smell them, keep up thr great work. Thank you for an excellent service each and everytime we bring our vehicles through to be serviced.
Good day, May I please get assistance as I do not seem to get any assistance on your customer service number and I think this is rather frustrating as I never get through each time I have a query. Someone either bought a sim card under my account or got a phone under ny account and I am trying to establish what has transpired here And it has been a challenge to get through to you. Can I get urgent assistance as there is no way I am going to pay for a contract that has been taken *****ulently using my account and I would need to know how this happened as I am in Johannesburg and this person is in Cape Town. Geez.
This is to give Kudos to Dolly Khubeka and to Nhlakanipho Mahlangu for such an excellent service. Nhlakanipho thank you for going the extra mile to help on my query. And I take my hat off for Dolly Khubeka, from the time she received our complaint, to getting to understand where the ball was dropped to the actual escalations she did on the query until it was resolved. She kept us updated and her communication was open and clear, she made me feel valued as a customer. You are a star Dolly, in my eyes you are a customer service champion and a true asset to your company as you value the client and make them feel at ease knowing you have got their best interests at heart. I would like to say thank you to Bonitas consultant Tshadi, she was very helpful and knowledgeable and assisted me with so much kindness that I even forgot I was speaking to a stranger. Thank you for assisting me Sis Tshadi, and ensuring that I understood all the terms, going through all that was discussed and doing rectifications where needed and ensuring I got the necessary documents needed. You really helped in brightning my day today and have helped me fully with my query.
I am a frustrated tenant who would like to point out the bad service some of us tenants receive in this place, their service levels have taken a nose dive and they have no sense of urgency in resolving whatever issues you may have and you will have to run after them for maintenance related issues despite logging maintenance calls. I have been here for 2 years and their service levels have taken a drastic turn for the worst. Right now I am sitting with a maintenance issue since last week (2 calls logged) and they forever don't have stock and its so frustrating, calling them and they not available after being promised the issue was to be sorted yesterday when they get stock and guess what no call received and I call them to follow up and they not available. They might as well tell us to attend to these maintenance issues ourselves because this service that I have received of late really sucks.
I can't believe how hard Nedbank is making it to help their customer's regarding a query. I have spoken to 3 consultants in 2 days to no satisfaction. The last consultant advise I had failed the voice authentication when they had not done any authentication and made me hold to have me authenticated and held on in silence till I dropped the call. I am rather disappointed at this. It's really frustrating. If the consultants don't know what needs to be done than they need to let us know.
This company has really let me down with its bad service, time management and communication. Today a bus that was scheduled to leave Johannesburg at 17:30 ended up leaving park station at 19:15 and during this time we were made to wait outside in the cold, no communication and we had to go dig for info and of which we were told the incorrect info. Bus left and has now been standing at Kroonvaal Engen Garage for close to an hour and still no communication as to what is happening and to top it off their drivers look tired. This is the worst service ever, and it's not on cause we stick to our side of things by paying the bus fare on time yet we get treated like we traveling for free. Intercape yi nyuva dam shame, nonsense of a bus and they should close down cause clearly they can't maintain their business. Super super disappointed at the service received today.
