Bad customer service

Bad service I am currently receiving at proline auto body in Sandton. I took my car in on the 1st of December. Since then I only received 2 communication and saying the same thing. Even today I am told that the car will only be ready in the next 5 day. Which was not what I was initially told when I took my car in. They told me it will take 10 days but now it is taking the whole 3 weeks. My car is hardly being started to show that they are working on it. It is just there parked.
