They don’t even deserve a one star,useless bank they made me hold for over an hour only to not be able to assist me.they told me I should send an email and also ask the business I made a payment to to send an email,how will they send an email of they ****med me and don’t want to refund me?? Mxm
A ****,they do right when they want you to join but when it’s time to cancel they give you a run around and won’t refund you! The workers are so arrogant and not helpful at all
I got assisted quickly and the person who was helping me is Joshua Motsepa. He is super friendly and patient. I love his service
I booked a flight which cost me R1289 and I had to cancel which I did days before departure and they were only willing to refund me R108. Not even a voucher or atleast 50% of my money. They are ripping people off no wonder this airline is falling apart! ****mers!
