idirect has really shaken my trust in them
I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with ABSA IDIRECT. Over the past two days, I’ve been trying to get in touch with their customer service, but I was left hanging. I called their support line and let the phone ring for an agonizing three hours without anyone answering. This happened not just once, but for two consecutive days. I couldn’t believe the lack or response or professionalism. At this point I’m definitely cancelling my insurance with iDirect and switching to a company that values its customers enough to provide timely assistance.1 reply
