Hello Peter, I'm writing to report a lost phone at the Signature store located at Cresta Shopping Center. On Wednesday, I visited the store to return some empty mascara items for a refund. As I was completing the transaction, I placed my phone on the counter to take out my money and retrieve the receipt. However, when I looked back, my phone was no longer on the counter. According to the mall's CCTV footage, I was using my phone as I entered the mall, but unfortunately, there is no camera footage inside the Signature store to confirm what happened to my phone after that. What's even more concerning is that the store's lack of CCTV cameras inside the store raises serious questions about their commitment to customer safety and security. As I was the only customer in the store at the time, and the female worker was the only staff member present, it's alarming that there's no footage to support our accounts of what happened. The absence of CCTV cameras in a retail store is a major red flag, especially when compared to other stores that prioritize customer safety and security. I hope that the store will take my complaint seriously and take immediate action to recover my phone and address their security shortcomings. Please assist me in resolving this matter. Sincerely
