Shocking after sales service
If I had a choice Haval would be getting zero stars from me. My H6 isn’t even 4 years old and I needed a full engine replacement for multiple oil leaks. I had to fight tooth and nail for a courtesy vehicle, it took 12 weeks to get my back, and it has broken 3 times in a month. Haval SA is a joke. No customer service, no care in the world. I will never purchase another Haval again. Shocking service, bad attitude and only cover ups for their identity!

DISGUSTING SERVICE
Absolutely disgusted by the lack of communication and my designated claims consultant never available. How this company is still operating is beyond me. We are a service provider that was appointed to do a job claim and I have to fight to get my money when the claim was approved. Unfortunately you have to give a star rating but CLC doesn’t deserve not even 1 star! I have taken this matter further
