DISGUSTING ATTITUDE
We required a phonebook urgently and found this company online. We called them to see if they can meet our required deadline including delivery and they confirmed that it can be done we just need to pay an extra R450 which we did on check out. We were notified 2 days later that the product is ready and will be delivered the next day. We did not receive anything so called only to be told the Aramex who we have also given a disgusting rating to was not able to deliver as they didn't know which area to deliver to even though there was a postal code on the address. They said they would follow up for us but went on to explain that that additional money we paid was only to ensure they print it and not actually get it to us by the required date. This attitude and passing of responsibility is totally disgusting on behalf of the company as our dealing was with you and not the courier service which you just washed your hands off as not your responsibility. We missed our deadline that we needed the product for and you made additional money off a service that was ULTIMATELY not provided TO US. Totally disgusting first and last experience will never use or recommend your company to anyone.

DISGUSTING SERVICE
Parcel picked up 2 days ago but still not delivered. When enquired said they tried to call to deliver as they did not have the correct address. There was no missed call from them at all. I asked them to provide proof that they called to which they said they don't have. Loading false updates on the tracking system. You offering a delivery service and cannot determine which area the parcel needs to be delivered to. We had to make numerous calls and were told that if we want the parcel to be delivered we have to pay an extra amount conveniently. Long story short the worst service ever as as we have to go and collect the parcel ourself. Missed the deadline of what we needed it for. Will never use their service ever again.
