Worst experience ever! Zero customer service. If there were a facility to offer Zero stars, this dealership would be a front runner! A new Peugeot bakkie was purchased through Strini at Key Pinetown. The vehicle is on 2400km and was booked for a 3000km service. As the vehicle was 3months and two weeks old, we had to pay for the service...no problem. However, we contacted Strini on Thursday to report a faulty wiper and asked that this be attended to at the time of the Saturday service. He confirmed. Upon arrival we requested that the drainage holes on the cover they had installed be opened as they had covered the drainage holes. We then asked the receptionist call Strini. 15 minutes later we had to request again from a very unaccomodating and bothered receptionist. We were then directed to a locked entrance. When we returned to collect the vehicle we were informed that the wiper we had asked to have replaced had been "wpied" and we could call them if it didn't work. The vehicle was not cleaned and the drainage holes were still closed. Nothing we had requested had been attended to but met rather with a smirk and "well you can get Strini to come to you to sort out". The attitude of the staff was disgusting and the service absolutely below average. After sales service is non existent and your customer care is seriously lacking. Definitely would not recommend purchasing a vehicle or servicing a vehicle at this dealership.
The most incredible experience! Moving is notoriously disruptive and unsettling but the staff who assisted me were phenomenal! From the moment they arrived, until they left, they were friendly, polite, helpful and efficient. The staff, Isaac, Wiseman and LB deserve a special mention and should be commended for how they represented the company. I am so impressed and will always support and recommend this company.
