My Account was suspended. After calling to find out my Nr was Blacklisted. Reason because my bank reversed a payment for a order i placed that their app deducted 2 twice. They saw that as *****. The consutant informed me i should have rather contacted their customer service in order to correct it then that wouldn't have happen. I did send an email en loggens a query.So my question was. How should we as customer know we should contact the customer service centre to avoid such a humilihating slam to your name? He just said well that is our policy. I am atterly unhappy and dont think this is how anyone should be treated. I did not reverse 2 payments and if so i would have exspected to be treated like this. This is BAD SERVICE ALL AROUND.
