I am warning people not to use them. I have ordered 3x conti suits and 1x defender safety boots for our gardener in the complex. We live in durban. We paid on the 4th of Feb. and I e-mail the proof of payment through to them. I phoned every second day to find out what is going on and when I will receive my order. Two weeks later they tell me they haven't got the proof of payment from the financial dept. Eventually when she told me they got proof on the Monday more than two weeks later. She promised me she will send it on the Friday. The following Monday I phoned again to make sure the order is on its way, I spoke to a different person by the name of Vilisha she can't find a order for me and my order wasn't send. They have sent the wrong size — a size 34 — but the gentleman wears a size 28. Only two of the conti suits were correct. I have send over and over the size. They can't even get that right. I am very disappointed with the service. There has been no communication whatsoever, and the order took a very long time to arrive. To make matters worse, it is still incorrect. This experience has been extremely unprofessional. He will wear it like that. I am not prepared to go through all of this again. Since I send a WhatsApp to Vilisha she haven't rep**** back to tell me what's happening. Very poor service from this company won't use them again.
I have booked tickets for Googoo Dolls for the 5 Dec 2024. at the ICC in Durban through webticket. I paid R2000 for 2 tickets. I paid a lot of money for good seats. I do understand that the lead singer got sick and the show has to be postponed to March 2025. What upsets me the most. There is no communication from webticket. Firstly I had to find out from my daughter that gogoo dolls is postponed until March. Then I had to google to see what's happening. The date was changed to the 27th March at the ICC Arena in Durban. I was fine with that . And on the 28th at the Botanical Gardens . Then again my daughter that lives in Jhb. contact me to inform me that there is no show on the 27th March at the ICC Arene. Because they also want to rebook tickets and fly to Durban to see the show. They were supposed to attend the show in Jhb. But because they moved it to March they can't attend the new dates and we're able to attend on the 27th at the Arena. Webticket didn't even have the decency to send out mails or sms to inform people that the show is changed again and there is now only one show on the 28th March at the Botanical Gardens. When I phoned webticket regarding this. His answer was it was posted on social media. From a R1000 ticket at the ICC Arena to the Botanical Gardens. Then the person I spoke to at webticket told me to take a blanket because you sit on the grass. I am a pensioner and had a hip operation. Now I have to sit on the grass through the entire show. FOR A SHOW I HAD TO PAY R2000 FOR!!! IT IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL TYPICALLY SOUTH AFRICA MENTALITY!!. WEBTICKET IS UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! and don't correspond with you. But they are happy to take your money!!!
