I recommend them
In Septemebr 2023 we purchased a new mattress from Nirvana Concepts. Around March 23 we noticed it was starting to sag a bit on both sides where we lie. Got in contact with the store we bought it from (Blackheath), obtained a Product Claim from from Hassen the owner, which was completed and given back to him. An inspecor came around about two days later, confirmed that the mattress was indeed not up to their standards, and authorised a replacement mattress, which was delivered a few days after the inspection. The claims process was simple, hassle-free and quick and nirvana Concepts Bedding can be commended for their service and commitment to uphold the warranty (a 15 year warranty on the mattress we purchased) without any fight which can be an issue in general with warranties. I would recommend Nirvana Concepts, in particular the Johannesburg store (because that's the one I have used for other mattresses/beds I have bought previously) to anyone looking to purchase a new bed
