I have spoken to purity regarding one of their defective products and to this day I have not received any feedback from them. It's been almost 2 months now and still nothing
I have since asked Vodacom to help me with my phone number as it doesn't want to perform outgoing calls and I have not gotten any help. It's been months and when I ask for feedback on their Facebook, they just ignore my messages.
Standard bank has deducted an amount from my child's sum1 account and I don't even know what it's for. It says MU Product sms.
I am so confused by an honouring fee that was charged on my account when it is clear that there was sufficient funds when the transaction took place! Even if the payment was processed late by the bank it still doesn't make sense as I had sufficient funds for that particular transaction
