Refund request.

Kindly requesting that my review not to be removed. And also a refund of the funds that were deducted from my husbands n I joint account. Your deduction was unauthorised. Your number does not go through, its linked to Blue Label Connect. I will post this again on all social media platforms and I will share it with the whole of South Africa if you dare to remove my post again. Kindly refund my money back. Today

RAIN WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT ON PURPOSE

Rain is getting people in debts without their knowledge and they aren't even trying to fix that. A friend of mine opened an account in 2019 or 2018 not sure. N he was using my card to make payment for since he had some issues with his. He lost his job 2024 and stopped paying in 2025 ( January ) , he even called them to ask them to cancel as he is no longer employed. ( They ignored that request). I just recently changed my back card ( they tried deducting the money my account today) , when my friend checked why they said he owed over 7 000.00 for a services he stopped using in 2025, they cant explain to him how it came to such an amount and refuse to remove my card from his account, because this was never a contract ( its pay as you use, no deferent from pre-paid) they cant explain. They are still trying to deduct money from my account even after I changed my bank card. So Rain. Could you kindly explain to me how this is gonna be sorted. Because should any amount of money be taken out of my account, I'm going to report you. You should specify to your client if they are signing contracts or what. And they should stop trying to deduct money from my account. I'm serious

The agents are very apathetic.. Considerate and they like to see their clients well taken care off.. Even in these hard times in life
