I have cancelled my service in June and my account has been debited today with the subscription. looking at the reviews i guess, i will go through the same pain all of you are experiencing. I have sent yellodata an email now to determine why my account was debited and not cancelled. i hope they can respond and refund me. Based on the reviews it seems if i do not get any assistance the best would be to go the consumer Ombudsman and report yellodata in terms of the consumer protection act. Yellodata please advise?
<p>I am experiencing very bad service with Mtn regarding my sim swap. i have upgraded my phone on Sa****ay with a galaxy s7 and it requires a nano sim card otherwise it doesnt work. The store arranged the Sim swap for me but up to now it is not done. i have called mtn numerous times to confirm what is the problem but to no response. If the network service is so bad i am considering cancelling my upgrade as i am still within the seven days.</p>
