I will never ever use PG Glass ever again. My car got broken into in mid Jan. For the next 5 days later I tried to place an order to get the glass from PG Glass. Everything speaking to someone else from PG glass who said they will get back to me - no one got back to me. After placing the order finally, I'm told twice after "no the glass is being ordered". I voiced my frustration to them then they agreed no by the next Thursday (7 Feb) I'll have the glass. Thursday comes and goes, no glass and no one even bothers to contact me. Friday I go in and they say no they don't know where the glass is. They then say they will have it delivered in the next week. In the next week no glass, no communication nothing. The following week Friday I call, they say they need to order the glass. Which I don't understand - because we were expecting delivery?? The next week they say no they commit to having the glass by the 18th of Feb. I knew they were lying. The 18th passes, they say no the 21st. The 21st comes and they say it's changed to the 28th. On the 3rd of March Monday we inquire agai (as they have zero communication skills) they said oh they have to order the glass from overseas. ETA is now 28 March. PG glass has no communication skills, does not know how to keep to their commitments and has incredibly poor service delivery. I will tell everyone I know to never use them for anything.
Aida's service is terrible and I will never recommend them to anyone! We tried reaching out to the rental agents since January till the end of February - myself and my mother in law called multiple times, I sent 12 inquiries on their website to inquire about rental properties, I even posted on one of their Facebook ads asking how to inquire about the property advertised cause the agents don't answer our calls - they deleted my comment. Still no one has responded to my inquiries or calls. I will never use Aida anywhere, nor recommend them.
