I’m very disappointed with Avis right now. I returned your courtesy car, everything checked out, yet I’m still waiting for my refund. No one updates me unless I chase them. It’s starting to feel like Avis only takes action once customers complain on HelloPeter, which is ridiculous. Please return my money with the same energy you took it. I did my part. Now I want my refund without excuses or delays. Sort this out urgently.
